1. What city are you from/ Where are you based now?
I’m from Lianyungang, China, raised & based in Madison, Wisconsin.
2. What is your real name? What is your Stage Name? How did you get your artist name?

3. At what point in your life did you decide to pursue a career in your field?
Having the thought of going to work for someone else and having to clock in didn’t sit right with me. After high school I got into selling eyelashes (strips) kind of fell off with that, but I’m getting back into it, before I launch I just want to have every product and I want it to be amazing. I am also lash certified so I’m looking forward to taking clients soon!
I also got into the foreign exchange market which is just like stocks, but instead of buying and selling company shares, we buy and sell currencies. The atmosphere which you are surrounded in is phenomenal. Being surrounded by others who have the same mindset as you is amazing. I do want to go to nursing school sometime in the future & get my RN, it WILL happen!
4. Has your upbringing played a role in shaping who you are and defining you today? If so, how?
Each person has a story that we walk out of our childhood with. My family is my greatest support system, they support and believe in me. Not having a lot of support when it came down to friends, showed me to be different, it taught me that the ones closest to you won’t even support you or help you in anyway. Strangers are what motivate me, those are the ones who lift me up in a positive way. My upbringing definitely contributed to my drive to build my own brand. I like to do things on my own time & in my own way. I don’t like being told what to do or what to be expected of me.
5. How would you describe yourself to readers who may not be familiar with you?
To ones who may not be familiar with me, would describe me as a laid back person. You really really have to talk to me and engage in a real conversation to really know me.
6. What’s one reason you are passionate about your focus and what inspires you?
I’m passionate about my focus because I am now in an opportunity where anything is possible. My focus is to give my family back everything as they have done so much for me throughout my life. I want to move my mom out somewhere of her choice, I want her to be able to retire.
I know your mind is everything, you control your mind. We have billions of dollars locked in there, we just have to find access to unlocking it & that can’t happen if we aren’t willing to learn and attempt new things. Oftentimes people have fear, but like Will Smith says “life begins on the other side of fear.”

7. Do you have any hobbies outside of your career? What do you do to stay creative?
I enjoy running, I love to run. When I was in highschool I ran track and cross country. I also love playing in my hair, getting better at that and practicing lashes.
8. What are some of your career goals for the future?
I want to build my business all over the world and help mentor those who are seeking it. Eventually I want to go to nursing school and get my RN.
9. What are some things you’ve done in the past that you are most proud of and why?
It’s something I’m still working on personally, but getting out of my comfort zone. I would describe myself as an introvert, I’m not really social and I always tell everyone I don’t know how to communicate. I’ve got a lot of new followers on my instagram and I’ve been talking to some wonderful people which is great.
One thing I learned from MY mentor is, your comfort zone is your broke zone. At time you need to be comfortable with feeling uncomfortable. We often tend to get too comfortable with where we are and what we’re doing but how is that helping us reach the next level? We were not meant to be average. Stand out, do something that others aren’t doing. Stop looking for validation from others! Don’t match energy, maintain yours so you can attract what aligns.
10. What message do you hope people take away from what you do?
Always be mindful and caring of others. If you see someone doing something that doesn’t interest you, you don’t have to hate on them, put them down or say something, just leave it and move on about your day. A lot of people, especially where I’m from find so many little reasons to not like one another and it’s sad. I would love to change that around here.
Always believe in yourself, it all starts with you. Never give up. There’s always light at the end of the tunnel. You never know, whatever you could be doing, could inspire someone else. You can achieve anything you put your MIND to.
